St. George leaves us an example of what we can do to stay in peace (Heaven on Earth). He stood up to power. George was a Roman Soldier during the time of the Roman persecution of Christ Followers. He stood up to the Roman Emperor who called for the extermination of innocent believers. George stood up to this “Dragon”. He made the ultimate choice of dying for righteousness. Evil power wants to silence the voice of righteousness but in the ended fails.

George has encouraged many people over the centuries to stand up to their dragons.

What “Dragon” do you have to stand up to and slay (internal or external)? When we slay the dragon or dragons we remain in peace!

It is so easy to just crawl up a die spiritually. I have had to deal with persecution for 25 years, so I know what it feels like to want to give up. We cannot be defeated unless we defeat ourselves. Never give up! Never allow the enemy to win in our lives. HOLD ON TO PEACE!

I have been hurt in my work but I do not hold on to it. I would never return evil for evil done to me. Rather I pray for those who have been mean, unfair and evil to me because they have missed the blessings of interacting in love. I am deeply sorry for them and will never allow evil to win in my life! Love Wins!

At times my life gets very difficult. The evil one is busy destroying my peace. When I enter into prayer and meditation, the evil attempts at me are crushed! Prayer is the answer!

When we pay too much attention to what people think about us, we lose focus, we lose peace. Go into meditation and be the one that the Eternal created!

it is nice to be well thought of but that does not bring peace. Humble honesty, regardless of who you are dealing with, brings peace.

Ask God to focus your eyes on God’s Sovereign protection and not the storms that attempt to engulf you. Seek the perfect refuge, and God will give you perfect rest.
