Be not afraid! Trust the Lord even when going through troubling times! The Lord is able and will save us!
Peace, be still!
Today, our Gospel Portion is St. Matthew 14:22-33, and we will meditate on
“When he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.”
Matthew 14:30
St. Peter, as he was growing in the Spirit, took a leap of faith and entered stormy waters to join the Lord. But his faith failed him, and he began to sink.
Peter shows us what to do when we see ourselves sinking: we must call on the Lord and reach out to Him!
We are never alone in our troubles. The Lord is always available to us!
Peace, be still!
No matter what we are dealing with, anxiety is a waste of time!
Prayer is the answer and the means of connecting with the Divine, who can help us find solutions to our problems.
Total trust in the Lord! He will see us through whatever we are going through!
