Our Lady of Mount Caritas Ministry and it’s Hermitage of Peace work to make a difference in the world, one person at a time.
Presently we house three families at our headquarters at 54 Seckar Road, Ashford, CT. These families have at least one member who is from Brooklyn and / or Queens, New York.
Dr. Christopher Coleman have worked with these families and helping them to remain out of homelessness. There are issues of health and poverty that necessitated this intervention.
The environment is one of rural Connecticut. They do work on the property that helps them pay for their time there and give them a sense of purpose.
The end goal would be for each family to find appropriate housing and be able to maintain their living conditions. They will continue to be connect to Our Lady of Mount Caritas Ministry and with Dr. Coleman.
